RAOUL NTWALI

Raoul Ntwali, originally from Kigali, Rwanda, came to Canada to pursue a BBA at the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Although Raoul enjoyed his time at UPEI and in Canada, he realized that university/college applications in Canada can at times be challenging and stressful for students abroad. Raoul later launched UniCA, a recruitment agency that prides itself on simplifying the application process for international students aspiring to come and study in Canada.
